The loon with its distinctive call is the symbol of the Northwoods.
This loon mom has her chick close by. The chick travels alongside the
mother or can nestle snugly on her back, as they do in the wild.
Recycled steel and bronze on hand-fired wood base. Base is sealed with
a clear finish.
